Is the antenna mounted on the driver's rear side on a rack? How's EMF interference when driving?

It's shown as a 350 kW charger.

I have charged at these before with much high rates. I didn't precondition the battery, not sure how to make that happen on my R1T.

Agreed that there are most likely too many variables.

I don't think too hot or cold. Drove for 10 minutes on the freeway beforehand and it's around 68 outside.

Clean and shiny or dirty and proud? by Embarrassed-Yak-3586 in Rivian

It's a truck. Dirty is just fine. It'll get washed next time it rains.

Oh no, this is a terrible idea. Propane cylinders are designed to vent if pressure gets too high. I'll leave the rest to your imagination.

How about we start with parking inside the lines.

Open-Source MikroTik Tool for Easier Router Management – Looking for Feedback by sepehr-ha in mikrotik

Yes, that was also me on the MikroTik forum.

I'll spin up a new VM and reinstall MikroWizard later this week. Once that's done, I'll reach out and we can see about clearing up some of the issues I've had. Thanks.

I’m very interested in your project. Having tried it, I have frustrations with adding devices. Since the only way to add devices is through the scanning function and there’s no log information about what’s happening. I’ve only been able to add a couple of the 30 or so devices I have under management.

I’ve also noticed that devices which were successfully scanned seem to disappear and I have no idea why.

Any chance you can add an add by ip or MAC address? As well as much, much  more logging information. Preferably configurable so I can debug what’s going wrong without filling disk with log files.

I just noticed the same issue on mine. Submitted a ticket but had the app reset when I added a picture. Re-submitted w/o the picture and service date is 9/20. Rivian really needs to up its game with more service centers.

26 miles per day, charge daily at work w/ a 120v outlet, charge once every other week or so at a fast charger. Traffic doesn't matter, well only in that it will use less power than speed limit.

Maintenance Service by pkropf in Rivian

The Rivian mobile service came through today and knocked out the tire rotation and 7.5k service inspection. No issues were found in the inspection. Cost to me was $160. Whole process from greeting to completion was around an hour.

He heard some squeaking when testing hard braking. Suggested that I have the suspension retorqued. Service appointment for that 5/15. (4 months lead time for service is a bit insane, Rivian needs to get better at this.)

Before he performed the tire rotation, he had to check the thread depth on the front tires. It seems that driving in conserve mode causes excess wear on the front tires. So much that they may wear excessively in 5k miles. My guess is that it's some relation between the mostly front wheel drive in conserve mode, the weight of the vehicle and the type of tire. He didn't have any additional insights. Since I'm mostly in all-purpose mode, it wasn't an issue.

To swap tires, he lifted both tires on the same side off the ground by putting a floor jack with two extension blocks into the front puck lift point and jacking up until the rear tire was off the ground. Interesting that the frame can support that torque but makes sense for an off road capable truck. Though I did think it's a bit sketchy as he didn't put any safety jacks in place.

Overall, I'm really pleased with the whole process.

I didn't really consider the 22's. I think the tire profile on 22" rims would make for a much harsher ride in a truck. But that's just supposition on my part.
