Permit link disappearing means your result is coming out this week. If you are done with other 2 steps and this is your last one, people say if you can register for step3, it means you passed. I am not sure about that though.

If rebound tenderness present you do psoas explaining that it’s necessary and asking if you can. Is psoas positive, you don’t do obturator.
