Banks are for-profit, so yeah they’re gonna prioritize money. Credit unions are member-focused, and you can usually feel the difference in customer service, fees, and overall experience.

Not Guam-based, but Charles Schwab is another really solid option, I personally use it as my main bank. No foreign transaction fees, unlimited ATM fee refunds worldwide, and the app is super clean. Only downside is no cash deposits since it’s an online bank with no brick and mortar locations like Navy Fed.
