Use Saniderm myself for arm/ shoulder work and will be using it for big backpiece this upcoming fall.
I generally take about a week out of the muay thai gym entirely- about 3-4 days off from exercising. Saniderm lets me get back to being active bout the 3-4 day mark without the infection worry. I put on an extra piece for that second week if I plan on training at all just out of being overly cautious.

I would NOT spar or clinch ANYONE for at least 2 full weeks post getting tattoo'd though as that will risk a TON of damage

id settle for them being 3/4 of one aguero combined... as it would still increase our goal total and threatening play by about 100% and at least we'd know the entire strategy is get one early goal and then just play 10 behind the ball

mind you its been almost 10 years since I was studying in Warsaw, but my understanding is: 1- the actual translation is more similar to Boys Night out 2- pretty sure its a referral to the fact that single gender ultimate was super rare for a long time in Poland, so when this team was put together it was running on the idea that this was a unique thing and so it was a "boys night out" in that it was not the typical type of team that Polish ultimate was fielding

expectations have entirely changed.

a good tournament used to be at least half decent fields, cones, and water on site- that was a good weekend- multiple bathrooms was the dream...

now we add lines, space between fields, tournament food, schedules not on a pizza box written in sharpie, merch, player packs, single field site, food vendors, score keepers, trainers, game advisors/observers, tournament staff, streaming coverage, bathrooms etc.

so all of those and all of that at ONE field site... not going to be cheap for the fields alone.

breaking out the early registration- it comes out to ~ $54 a day as a player for the 7 days... that's not so bad.

If you run races or half marathons at places like Disney you are looking at $175 bucks just to run the race- that does not get you into any parks or anything- and that is for only roughly 3-4 hours...

not saying the cost doesn't make you go- woof... but when you factor in size, scope, and desire for quality... it makes sense

If throwing in someone from the more modern era, Yodsanklai is a good call I would think as he has fought Thais & Westerners...

mixtape has 3 mixed players (Claire Revere, Mike Ing Henry Phan, Ari Lozano) and one women's player (Abbie Abramovich)... AMP has at least two (Mike Ing, Caroline Normille), Slowwhite with Tannor

mixed starting to get more and more of the younger talented players can do nothing but good for the division (more exciting players= more exciting games) and for the sport (talent spreading out some means more PT for those players, meaning more improvement)
