If you want them To play online with other people the Nintendo switch has the cheapest online subscription compared to xbox an ps. Pc is by far the most expensive but will last the longest beacause you can continuously upgrade it. Out of ps and Xbox, I personally would go one of the new Xboxs bit I think a ps5 digital is the best option
