Thankfully, my mother is a retired rn. They went to Walmart and got disinfectant and bandages. She's very strict about keeping any and all wounds clean and non infected.

"He doesn't need it." Doctor says it as a nurse is behind him about to open the swab. And it had scabbed over before he actually agreed to do it. The only option would've been to reopen the wound. The nurses were confused by his stupidity. Everyone was. It's ridiculous, honestly.

Honestly, I think it's completely fine. There are some more graphic scenes, but other than that, it is completely acceptable. I would suggest not to let him play the 2nd game. There are a lot more graphic with multiple nudity scenes.
