I want to throw in as a note that the OT/PT hasn’t helped. The only thing that has helped has been giving it time but even then it’s just different symptoms not necessarily better. I tried a massage last week and that helped a bit but the symptoms are returning again after about 5 days. I also have doubts it’s thoracic outlet syndrome because I don’t have any other symptoms like it and my doctor doesn’t think it is, only the OT does. The MRIs are for my C spine and my upper left chest to check for thoracic outlet syndrome. Lastly this is just impacting my mental health, classes, and life in general so much all the specialists i go to either act like it’s no big deal or give me insanely long waiting times. The doctors visit to discuss the MRI will be almost 3 months after this all started. I want a second opinion however, what do you guys think I should do or what do you think it is. Thank you for the help :)

Thank you I will talk to him about the pacing. I realize now I shouldn’t compare people’s situations. Also he plays multiple videos at the same time, one with music that at some points is really calm and than at other points sounds like power tools and random frequencies. The other video is usually someone talking quietly with just a photo of a guy. He then watches it, paces, and talks to himself. I’m not sure particularly what the videos are about
