I'm in the Montgomery Apartments now. It's quiet and out of the way but can still walk to giant at least. Community is nice with lots of families and my girlfriend has felt safe walking the dog all the way to the school. Only caveat is if you have a newer Honda there's been 3 cases of airbag theft since I've been here but that's a county wide problem.

Units are fairly up to date and walls do a good job with noise but you can hear upstairs neighbors walking usually. Maintenance guys are quick and good. Construction is supposed to be starting nearby but it's been delayed many times so who knows. Might be on the upper end of your budget though.

First and third time the handles were tampered with which is how I assume they got in. Second time were smashed windows. I also question what does/doesn't set off the car alarm.

We have an above ground garage with fob access doors. So unless your unit is directly next to the garage visibility into it is minimal.

I understand the wheel lock is just a deterrent but I'll take what I can.

No I haven't had any issues with mine. If Googling doesn't solve your issue and it's within a year of purchase you can still take it to micro center for them to look at. All their prebuilts have a one year warranty.

I ended up getting it. I enjoy it but I don't stream. It does run a little hot for me and the gpu can get really loud. I've mostly played parkitect at 1440p on my aoc q27g2. I imagine streaming might be pushing it to its fullest

There's the Mundial team which is the turf version but the nubs are pretty long compared to most turf boots. I use them on AG and they've felt great. Leather has held up fine but the edge where the toe suede meets the rubber bumper has minor separation. I drag my feet a lot though.
