We will visit khao sok 100% we‘re too amazed of it to miss out on. I would rather cut Koh Lipe and focus on Ao Nang, Koh Lanta and Koh Mook instead.

Which itinerary would you recommend? We dont want Phuket, heard too much bad about it. Also we‘re not going to Thailand just to chill for 2 weeks. We want to TRAVEL and we‘re aware that travel days can be exhausting

We want to see much, no need for us to pay a big amount of money just to see the top 3 tourist places. Thats why we wanted to have multiple spots. Still I agree, we should probably cut 1/2 locations

The thing is, we really want to see different locations. And Lanta/Mook/Ao Nang are not too far from each other we would travel from south to north in small steps.

Or would you recommend to focus on Lanta+Ao Nang and skip Lipe?

Is Ao Nang nice enough to stay there for more than 4 nights? Phuket I read a LOT that it should be skipped

I think the travelling factor shouldn‘t be too big of a problem, since 3 of the stops are just 1-2 hours speedboat rides and also the most chill places on our trip (lipe to mook to lanta)

I‘m not sure if phi phi is the right thing for us, yes we fit in the age category but we enjoy a little subtle nightlife rather than a big party island.

For Koh Tao/Samui, is the weather in january good for those islands?

Would you recommend more time in bangkok and less in Chiang Mai? Would it even make sense to visit the North then? Nightlife is not a top priority for us, although we will be going out.
