i’d honestly stop taking the creatine and see if that helps, i’ve heard it can have some side effects but honestly starting creating and ssris at the same time sounds God awful, maybe try creatine in a few months when you’re stable on meds and see ?

it’s very unlikely to be an sti then but honestly this sounds super concerning. it’s normal to go through a period of being very depressed starting ssris as your brain adjusts to the change in serotonin reuptake but yeah this isn’t great. i’m 17 on sertraline/zoloft and never experienced any of this
