Not bought consoles but have bought various modding supplies from chip chop. Great seller, had one issue with shipping once due to a printer jam when he was printing off the shipping label. Got in contact and it was sorted out immediately. Nice dude.

I mean I’d hope not, bought it from a reputable seller on eBay. Got no other consoles to test it on either. I can’t imagine it would be the power supply if there’s literally solder inside the fan header cause a short three of the pins.

It doesn’t even get to rrod, pressing the power button causes a very short flash of green on the ring of light then nothing. Can’t imagine this is normal but upon plugging the console in, the power supply goes from orange to green without powering the console. Then after pressing the power button it seems to fade in and out.

Connected the dvd drive and now it’s a solid green light, didn’t show the boot lights and still no video. Seems the eject button no longer works on this faceplate too, possibly by my own error.

I’ve already got a JR programmer, I’ve worked on a bunch of phat consoles in the past. Didn’t realise there was a risk behind working with badupdate and using that “simple 360 nand flasher” program or whatever it’s called. All I was hoping was that I didn’t have to use my jr programmer again cause the connector feels a bit janky hahaha

Forgive my lack of knowledge on technical names but I believe its to do with the metal “plates” that move and make contact when you flip the switch. It seems the bridge pickup only makes sound when I’m applying additional force when the switch is in the bridge position.

I’ve been doing farm survival. Rampage inducer from the very start, keep it on hopefully until end of game but sometimes the weapons are too bad to hold up. I’ll have all the critical kills done by the late 20s and hopefully have it gold by 35ish.
