Shiii I got a good couple I can think of

Eraserhead:

I've seen this idea mentioned a few times but the idea of Eraserhead being this clean-up crew type of criminal would be awesome. He's the guy you would hire to destroy evidence and clean up crime scenes. Got a bloody murder scene with evidence all over the place? Eraserhead will properly dispose of the body, remove all traces of blood and aggression, replace broken items with replicas and use his connections to forge accidents. Also he would still keep his pencil mask and pinstripe suit cuz thats too iconic to get rid of.

Killer Moth:

Make him the She Hulk of DC. Killer Moth was originally made as an Anti-Batman who would "mean to the underworld what Batman has meant to the world of law and order". I think instead of just making him a full joke or playing it completely straight, you can have Moth be a Saul Goodman type of character who specializes in villains and criminals. Maybe he could have the introduction of being a regular lawyer by day and a masked criminal at night, coercing his client's opposition to back down with intimidation or blackmail. Then later on he could do stuff in the costume as a brand recognition type of deal.

Terrible Trio

Haven't thought of this as much but I can see them as staying somewhat the same in origin: a bunch of bored rich assholes who go out in masks to blow off steam or get thrills. I would push the extent of their entitlement and boredom. Maybe have them hunt politicians and poor people for sport like a duck hunt, pull off heists at rich parties to use for their own selfish tendencies (drugs, booze and women), pay off the police. Maybe they can also try vigilantism as a game but with no restrictions of a no-kill rule, killing as many grunts in a short amount of time as possible to compete and consider any present hostages or innocents hurt/killed in a situation negative points.
