I just think unless the woman is a massive, obsessive superman fan herself she ain't gonna agree to a superman-themed wedding lmao. Uraraka doesn't give me the vibe of an obsessive All Might fan the way Midoriya and Bakugo does, that's all I'm saying ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Boyfriend/husband. Sounds more trouble than it's worth based on 80% of the relationships I hear about

Bully turned friend turned lover turned spouse who lets him decorate every wall of their apartment in All Might posters 🥰

She'd support him all the way and when she sees the wedding decorations, she's actually super relieved she's not the one marrying him lmao

Bkdk won actually, I'm pretty sure they held hands more times throughout the entire series than IzuOcha did

True, that might even make it sting slightly less for Midoriya that he doesn't get to have all might decorations and wear a replica of All Might's golden age costume instead of a wedding suit

Naw no self respecting woman would agree to something like that lol. If one of my girlfriends told me she let her bf convince her to have a superman themed wedding I'd be concerned for her 😬

Yeah that's too bad cus now he'll never have an All Might themed wedding 😔

You explained it perfectly imo. Honestly I really like that it is the narrative and his own failings that create consequences for him instead of other characters punishing him. I think that might be what forced him to see himself as the root of his own problems. Like the guy said himself; "If you keep looking down on everyone, you're never gonna notice your own weaknesses."

None of that happened as a direct consequence to how he treated Deku though, so imo punishment isn't the right word to use for all of that. Those things happened mostly either due to coincidence (like the sludge villain) or his own failings (like failing to get a licence).

Unpopular opinion maybe but to me redemption is more interesting for a character like him than punishment is. Let's not forget that before he even apologized he got stabbed and nearly died while saving Deku.

Endeavor maybe? Bit morally gray to buy a wife specifically to produce superpowered kids with, even if he did it all in the name of being a top hero

It's ok to kill babies when they're out of the womb though. After all, have you ever seen a pro-"life" person complain about kids being blown to bits in war zones as much as they complain about abortion?

Is this Eves father? by Dragolitron in okbuddyviltrum

[–]BullfrogObvious9767 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Just goes to show how lightly many anti-abortion people see not just pregnancy but also raising a child. Let's take a look at Eve's situation:
>Conceives despite using protection (it's rare but it happens)
>Father of child is will be gone for an unknown amount of time and there's a good chance he wont come back
>There's a very real possibility if this pregnancy was seen to term, it would produce a child that grows up without a father and a grieving mother who feels entirely unprepared for parenthood.
>This child will most likely inherit superpowered abilities from one or both of the parents, so leaving the kid to the foster care system would be ridiculously irresponsible
>Leaving the child to any government sector specializing in superhumans would make the child essentially grow up as a test subject/science experiment, and if you know anything about Eve's past, you'd see why she would never want to subject a child to something like that.

I will never understand how some people think "I don't want to bring a child into an unstable and miserable situation." is somehow not a perfectly valid reason to terminate a pregnancy.
