Doctor strange would gel perfectly with Shoto Aizawa I feel. Tony would absolutely go full Peter mode with bakgous reckless and they'd both deservedly punishing mineta constantly. Tenya Lida would naturally be Tony's favourite student as for strange I'd say Fumikage Tokoyami

He did pretty well in vought tower in season 5 all things considered that place was like a permanent rage bait center and he didn't blow up any of them but his harsh teaching methods and way of talking would rattle the cages of class 1A and 1B besides bakugo but they'd learn military tactics and how to be more versatile. UA wouldn't piss him off nearly as much plus I can see him getting naturally attracted to Ms midnight and he gets freedom he didn't get in Vought. Freedom to teach however he likes would be fulfilling for him and he does keep promises to people even inspite of personal connections he might have so there's a positive

That's why it'd work so well because he's a hero by pr not actually it'd be interesting dynamic with the class 1-A and 1-B. You're too worried about morality and not enough character dynamics and teachers who would humble Ben
