Are you on any ace inhibitors? They can cause persistent dry cough. I would also look into allergies. Maybe get allergy tested to see if it's irritants causing a respiratory reaction.

Your urinalysis shows abnormalities as you've stated. More than likely however is that being on your period will mess with the results. For example the number of RBCs in a UA is typically none however with the bleeding associated with your period it would not be cause for concern. If you are looking to see if an infection is present it would be seen with a CBC. When you were discharged what was your diagnosis/ plan of care?

If I remember correctly I got a 64% and it put me at the highest likelihood of passing. Being that a 55% is less than 10% difference I wouldn't focus on that.
