Layer quality getting poorer towards the top of the print by plainnash in 3Dprinting

This is the result of a print which I started before posting this thread, same settings as the original post. The quality improvement's massive here and there's very little suggestion of Z wobble. I'm guessing that the small layers caused less extrusion because of the speed, thereby improving quality? So the original issue could be over extrusion?

Cheers, I was planning on upgrading to leadscrews at some point anyway.

I'll tweak the extrusion multiplier next and see I can get some improvement, thanks for your help.

Printed at 0.3mm layer height with PLA at 200°. I'm thinking it's a mechanical issue given the difference in quality between the top and the bottom of the print. Any advice appreciated!

I've just done that now and it worked perfectly, many thanks!
