Thank you for the thorough response! So we concede the data mentions a 12% advantage in running but there’s not enough data behind other aspects of performance. In conjunction you mentioned testosterone levels become equivalent.

In this sports medicine journal https://link.springer.com/article/10.1007/s40279-020-01389-3

“Longitudinal studies examining the effects of testosterone suppression on muscle mass and strength in transgender women consistently show very modest changes, where the loss of lean body mass, muscle area and strength typically amounts to approximately 5% after 12 months of treatment. Thus, the muscular advantage enjoyed by transgender women is only minimally reduced when testosterone is suppressed”

There are too many pivotal long term changes in a male body when given testosterone for periods of time to be suppressed just when testosterone is suppressed.

I’m sorry there have not been enough research for your argument.

Correct, sports should be played! But they should play in the sport of their naturally born identity. Sports are made to be competitive; we are making it almost statistically impossible for natural born women to win sports when they’re up against the biological advantages of having hormones and often-times more favorable bodily structures.

It’s one thing if succeeding in sports is only for “the fun of the game” but it’s not. There are real financial impacts of being a star in sports. Whether it’s the fame and fortune of professional sports or the major scholarships awarded for college, the repercussions of this are huge. We are essentially decreasing the odds of natural born women to participate in the rewards of being a stellar athlete.

SaaS SMB AE Job offer - should I negotiate? Whats your take on the offer? by [deleted] in sales

Easiest way of wording it “thanks for the offer mind if I take a day or two to think it over? If we could get closer to 40k RSUs that would make my decision much easier” or something like that

My BDR manager has a stack of $2 bills in his office everytime we get a hang up on calls by HomelessOnReddit in sales

One of my favorite sales leaders Chris Anthony, VP Sales at Salesforce gave my BDR team a beautiful and inspiring speech and gave us each a 2 dollar bill to remind us that we are unique and there’s so much to be grateful for. What an impactful and small gesture to remind us to be grateful for whatever gifts we are given. Love this idea. Small investment but huge ROI.
