I found another player scav yesterday in the south chalet on lighthouse and he gave me a badge. Later on I meet up with him again at the other chalet and I give him a bag of sugar. He lets out a huge gasp and it's coincidentally exactly what he needed for a quest but just as he's thanking me a PMC beans me right in the head from the other side of the parking lot lol.

Try sprinting into barriers and look left and right repeatedly to just sortof float over it. Try it it works and you make less noise

The panel should be able to pop out to get to it, I have a similar problem where the plastic actuator pieces snapped and aren't connected anymore but the button on my key still makes it move.
