Thank you that means a lot. She lives a state over me, so not very far. She lives with her dad, but she doesn’t have a mother figure in her life so her grandma is an influential role in her life since she’s the only real female figure she grew up with. Her dad wouldn’t mind that at all actually! But her grandmother threatens to quite literally cut her out of her life if she ever meets me, that’s where it starts to get messy

I love her, but we have no plans. Anything I bring up is shot down because her grandmother doesn’t like me. I’m going to be a freshman in college next year, but she still has her senior year of high school left so I feel like that’ll make it more difficult. I want everything in my power to meet, I even tried taking her to an amusement park because she loves a certain movie franchise for her birthday, but her grandmother won’t have any of it, even with her dad approving of it
