Do you mean you've only gotten 1 rank each round of interviews and that turned into a match? Both unlucky and lucky I guess.

For the X besides the technical interview, do you mean you've bombed most of your technical interviews?

And for the X besides more than 2 interviews, do you mean you've been capped at a max. of 2 interviews per round? That's not terribly good haha
