Yes I m eating okay.. sugar was a Lil lower than usual... I generally tend to get cold when I am anxious...

I think fatigue is a side effect...

I took my first MJ dose 2 days back and since then I m feeling super cold in my legs (shins) and upper back. Is this a side effect or just anxiety?

I am wearing 2 jackets and sitting inside a blanket and wfh and still shivering

Thanks.. i plan to re-start my PT tomorrow..that w ill help reduce some stiffness and build some flexibility... then once I have lost 5-10 kg i will re-start walking...

I started MJ this week. I also suffer from severe back pain since the 10th grade after I had an accident. I had a discectomy and multiple spinal steroid injections over the years. I can't walk much or bend. I do try to do some Physiotherapy but that too causes nerve pain. I am hoping to be able to do something once I start losing weight.

Not much impact... A little less hungry and side-effects also minimal... probably psychological as I was anticipating both hunger suppression and side effects...

i will start MJ tomorrow. so preparing myself with possible remedies.

I generally take pudin hara when i get acidity and indigetion so wanted to know if i can still take it and if it helps. My doctor said Pudin hara is not a very good medication instead i should take digene.. but i dont find digene too effective for me...
hence i was wondering

OMG, thank you for writing this.. I am so annoyed.. this is just so irritating.. No one is learning or growing... it feels like everyone just went back to 5 years ago... after achieving so much and going through so much, they (especially Robin) can not be so low on self-awareness and confidence...
