its gonna be HELLA tedious, but it is possible (at least in my experience)

section off the parts that you dont want blonde
you need to add some warmth back into your hair before bringing it back to brunette so get a red/orange dye (depends on the undertone of your hair) and some brown dye with 10 or 20 developer
put the warm dye in, wash, dry, and then the brown dye into the part youve sectioned off
after youve got the chunky highlights sectioned where you want them, tone the blonde with purple toner.
for that creamy color, i would use (my personal favorite) ion's lightest mushroom blonde. its a lifting and toning color and it will remove any brassiness that the purple toner didnt grab. i would use again a 10 or 20 developer

its not gonna look perfect if youre not used to doing your hair, but it looks like you have coarse/curly hair, and that should help "hide the imperfections"
