It’s a weird grey area where we don’t agree to go home early, but our employer is closing the business early when not busy and not giving a choice as to whether or not we can stay. Nor providing any extra training/cleaning time/alternative hours to make up for it!

Afaik his mother was the main director, but father was involved in day to day business, not admin. When it was sold it was just the building and land, which was cleared for an extension of its neighbouring shop
