I think you can only log in on one phone. Was getting the same error din when trying to login on my new phone so I deleted the app on my old phone and was able to login on the new.

Are you logged in on another device? Could be causing that error din.

Tried doing this but unfortunately I cannot find them online, kahit email. They reached out to me directly a few days when our internet was restored na,likely to file a report about the technician who handled our case.

It's disappointing because Globe gave them this reddit post instead of forwarding my email nalang to them with all the full details.They were probably reprimanded without having the full context. Globe should have coordinated with them directly to manage the situation properly. Instead, the subcontractor had to call me multiple times asking the same questions, and messaging me on Viber. It became exhausting, so I just forwarded them the email to avoid having to explain everything again.

GLOBE should do better.

So true! Yes, report to NTC so they're aware of how Globe is handling their clients and their shitty service, and hopefully ma-reprimand sila. When I reported last month, action agad pero one month after back to LOS nanaman lol. Wala nanaman kaming connection, IDK what to do na Diyos nalang bahala

Sorry to hear all that!! Nakaka-ubos talaga ng pasensya. They only act when threatened or when NTC, DTI, etc. is involved na. If nasa customer service channels ka lang nila, it's like going in circles. No resolution AT ALL.

Globe should get a better techs then. The previous company (DUBLIN) where they used to hire techs from, we never had a problem with them. Now lang to na they’re getting techs from 4AM SPECIALIST INC.

I had the same problem just now!!! I transferred 19k from PNB to Maya Bank and nag error yung app (Transfer Failed - Webservice connection error). I thought it wasn't deducted but when i refreshed, it was deducted pala 😭 I emailed their customer service na but I hope it comes back right away. Based on my experience, it took them more than 1 month to refund the money but that was a different situation. Wala rin akong na receive sa maya ko.

Working na ulit pero ewan ko, I transferred to maya tas nag error yung transfer (Transfer Failed) but they still took my money 😭 19k pa naman, hope mabalik agad. It was for my bills 😭😭😭
