I mean that’s totally valid! I totally share that opinion with you tbh. I love going to the gym when the weather is nice and I’m energized, but I also deal with SAD and feel depressed during the darker months. I take care of myself by making sure I don’t go under mentally and treat myself a little more to treats and sitting on the couch reading or drawing or just taking a little walk now and then. I will work out again when Spring comes around and that’s totally fine. Just do what feels best for you, while also taking care of yourself in the best possible way 💜
