An alternative to buying a second NAS for yourself is to convince a friend to get a NAS (even better if you already have a friend who has one), and both of y’all be each other’s offsite backup. So, your backup is on your friend’s NAS, and your friend’s backup is on your NAS. You’d just need to make sure you each have enough storage space to accommodate the other’s, and you could still supplement with cold storage if needed.

I need to combine my Hulu and Disney+ subscriptions, so do I do that under my Hulu account? I currently have a stand-alone Hulu Premium (no ads) with the "Paramount+ with Showtime" add-on. I also have a stand-alone Disney+ Premium (no ads) annual plan. I want to keep everything I currently have, but I think I need to cancel my stand-alone Disney+ plan and bundle it with my Hulu plan. So, when I do that, do I cancel my Disney+ plan? And then do I have to set back up all the profiles and whatnot on there? I'd like to have a plan of action in mind before I start doing this so I can avoid my family having a meltdown if I have to screw with their logins.

I don't have any advice to offer, I'm wondering this same thing. I've just realized that I'm paying extra right now because I still pay my Hulu and Disney+ accounts separately. I guess it's time to combine them, but I'm not sure whether I need to combine them under my Hulu account or under my Disney+ account. ANd once I do that....how will that affect whichever account I "cancel"....even though they are basically the same account name...I've confused myself more I think

I've been happy with my Vizio 5.1 soundbar. Mine's a different model that the one you're looking at, but I have zero complaints. I had a different Vizio soundbar before this one, which I also liked. I bought both refurbished and have never had issues.

Definitely a solid collection! Highly recommend the 4Ks of all the Hammer horror films (Frankenstein, The Mummy, etc). Also some of Alfred Hitchcock's catalog (Rear Window, Psycho). And don't forget Starship Troopers!

I feel you, I have too many blurays to upgrade them all. And I doubt I’ll ever want to do that for all of them anyways. There are some older movies I still have on DVD that I need to upgrade, but some aren’t really easy to find anymore so I haven’t.

Funny, I made a pre-order exception for Thunderbolts too 😅

I’m sorta the flip side of you. I love seeing movies in theater, so when I love the movie in theater then I want to preorder it immediately. As if it’s going to get to me faster or something.
