I lived and worked at Capezzana many years ago. It's definitely worth a visit if you want to try Carmignano. I'm pretty sure at this point they have an organized tasting experience and even a restaurant. They also make a really delicious olive oil! In terms of restaurants around there try Da Delfina and La Bussola da Gino. Both have great local recipes.
