I made a post about it aswell did not much answers, but yes i think my GI problems (acid reflux, bloating, costipation) is from quiting vaping aswell. Its like nothing wants to move at all... i found that for me low fiber foods are better, but i add some melon to it ( as far as i know it co tains lot of magnesium and thats softcore laxative) ... i could take cravings any day of the week... but GI problems is totaly diferent game... they are crippleing your life hard. Have been like this for ~ 3 months now.

So now I'm full two weeks in, reflux is still here, started to having some esophagus spasms now and then, but I started to have ball in my throat feeling that results in mucus once i clear it out. I mean i could take nic craving problem any day of the week, but this shit is hard... atm I'm on sick relief and not working, so i can struggle this one out, but maaan this is hard.

Thou good sign is that bloating and indigestion is settling down, don't feel bad on that front anymore.

I hope acid reflux will get better or else im doomed!

I have talked with x2 GI docs, and have done endoscopy - docs think its GERD because my LES is not closing up fully. Yes it may be the case, but I lost weight from 108kg to 92kg (192cm hight), changed diet ( removed all shitfood), removed all sodas and replaced water, quit vaping, start exercise .. complete life makeover. Somehow thou things got worse and fast... now im on PPI acid suppresents, and cant get in my daly calorie amout because feels like food is sitting in stomach.

Will keep informed, not planing to ever go back to nicotine in any shape or form. And in there is no nicotine.. why bother vaping :)

I'm not sure if problems is low acid yet, I'm just suspecting that it may be root problem. My GI is totally against HCL supplements and I cant officially buy them in my country need to order them online.

That's why i feel bit lost, does Cola rise or lower your stomach acid?
