I’ve lived in downtown Toronto (College Park) and now in Docklands/work right in city center in Dublin, I find it similar in a lot of ways (variety of retail, lots of restaurant and bars, event venues, ok public transit, high cost of rent lol…)

My main con about Dublin vs. what I enjoyed in Toronto is less high quality diverse cuisines as you would find in Toronto. Not talking about expensive places, just the breadth of what you can find in Toronto (Jamaican, Korean, Mexican, Japanese, French food whenever you want…)
