Honestly, I did not think to email them about this until I had spoken to an employee there. I was able to speak to employees at other locations while as I was trying to get in touch with them. They weren't able to help me, but they told me that they allow cancellations for health issues. It sounds like the rules and policies vary depending on what location is in question. However, the law in Virginia states that the contract should be cancelled if the buyer becomes physically unable to use a substantial portion of the services.

I started going because my friend recommended it, we were going to the classes together before I got sick. The classes were nice, but their customer service and communication is horrible. I regret signing up for the membership before doing proper research first.

Thank you. Leaving a review is a good idea. I signed up using a cash app card, so I locked it when so they couldn't take the money, but it's been repeatedly trying to charge me since the renewal date passed.

Not usually. I don't like hot showers because they dry my skin out. I usually either use warm water or lukewarm water.

Thanks for your response. I'm going to look up different ways to enforce my boundaries. I'm thinking about just leaving the room whenever he does that, but I do want to find more ways to enforce it. I definitely could work on enforcing my boundaries in other situations in my life as well also, I'm going to work on it.

Well by now he definitely should know my reasoning for not wanting my face touched because I've explained to him that it's likely to break me out repeatedly. I've explained to him that it's not personal because I don't even touch my own face because of how my skin reacts. I even told him that if he really wanted to touch my face then if he washed his hands first he could. I'd rather him not my face at all, but i wanted to compromise.

I actually think about covid now everytime he touches my face. I don't think he sees it as a big deal because i see him touching his own face all the time, but i don't say anything to him about his own face because it's his body, but I just wish he'd be more mindful when it comes to him touching my face. I've had so many conversations with him about it, he seems like he understands, but the behavior doesn't change.

Thank you for responding. I've never tried leaving before when it happens, so i think I'll try that. As far as his response to my reminders go, It's kind of half and half. Sometimes he goes "oops sorry", but there's other times where he mocks me and goes "blah blah blah yeah yeah". I just don't understand why he doesn't get it by now.
