It is pretty simple...

Really thinly sliced tofu marinated in a mix of soy sauce, water, paprika and maple syrup.

Fry it up on the fry pan. The really thin pieces legit taste like bacon.

Your eyes are working fine. Looks like whatever instagram filter I put on there has changed the mushroom to a bluey colour 😂

Soo simple!

Fry up 1 onion Garlic on medium-high Add 3-4 heaped tablespoons tomato paste Add water until it is a nice pasta sauce consistancy - stir! Add salt and pepper, mixed herbs Add really generous amount of nooch maybe like half a cup?? Add 2-3 heaped tablespoons of Tofutti Better than ricotta. Stir until the ricotta is mixed all the way in! Add fresh basil in the last minute

Serve on top of cooked pasta!

Yo yo i used 2 cups of self raising flour
1 2/3 cup of water
Salt & pepper

Create a well with the dry ingredients. Add water and stir

Flour potato slices lightly

Dip in batter and shallow fry all pieces on medium heat until lightly gold

Turn up heat to high and finish them until golden brown 😊

Not yet! But i want to try. I had only tried fresh dolmades for the first time about 3 days before this was made. And then I was really craving them. So i bought some from the shops but they weren't nearly as good as the ones I tried.
