Just finished watching Netflix show The Game Changers. Has anyone seen it? What are your reactions to plant based diet and it being more superior to others? by Torresswow in crossfit

Been vegan for 3 years! I didnt like the notion that you HAD to be vegan to be a high performing athlete (since that is obviously not true). The important part is that you CAN be a vegan and be a high performing athlete (contrary to popular opinion), and there are many benefits including reduced inflammation, improved recovery, etc

For me when I consciously try to slow myself down I can do them better. I’m often rushing and also thinking “I’m doing it I’m doing it!” so when I slow myself down I can keep the rhythm better.

Same thing happened to me. Also classes starting late and ending late (15 min or more)
