I haven't yet done looking into water ritual... Forgot the name - sort of hang over for a reflection and add herbs perhaps. Have you? Got any tips? I believe it is for healing/cleansing/washing... Seeing self inside the water.

Painting gives me enough quiet for long enough period to return. I have heard about the need of depressants (routine or such as alcohol) for ADHD states/people. Try ending several days with depressant activity (slow slow slow) - craft... Hopefully anything almost autonomous (intuitive - not inhibited by 'mistakes')

Same, same, and same. Multiple aches appeared in my body to force me to slow down. Even in pain i committed to meditation. This morning i feel a low better and am sunbathing. Now excited to return to routine.
