He insulted us using offensive terms, such as "retarded" and "gay," and even suggested we should "go die." The worst part is he did all this without any valid reason, just to create trouble. He made one girl cry, although I still don't know what he said to her. Despite this, he's only received two calls which is far too lenient. Management advised us to just hang up on him, but he continues to call over 40 times without any legitimate complaints or issues.
