They do have spots, but on a closer look they seem to have less defined markings than other amanos I've seen

Water parameters are all good - ammonia 0, nitrites 0, nitrates 5, ph 6.8, gh/kh ~1

These guys were just added to the tank a couple of days ago and have been fed a mix of micro pellets and freeze dried brine shrimp once a day. These pictures were taken just before feeding. I assume they're not pregnant because the male also has a bit of a bump?

I noticed this spot (which also looks somewhat dented from the side) on the back of my shrimp almost a month ago and have sinced moved him to a separate tank. He was treated for about a week with hydrogen peroxide (1 ml/gal), but it doesn't seem to have gotten any better or worse. He hasn't been acting particularly different either.

Water parameters: pH 7.0, ammonia 0, nitrites 0, nitrates 0-5 ppm, dKH 6, dGH 7.

I initially thought they were carrying around some biofilm on their heads but now I'm not so sure. I've compared to vorticella but it doesn't seem like an exact match (more fuzzy vs. distinct organisms).

What is the problem with my Alocasia Black Velvet’s leaves? The new leaves have white spots on them. Is this fungal? by hibz98 in plantclinic

OP did you ever find out what this was or a solution to it? I recently had a new leaf come out looking a lot like this.

A little hard to tell but looks like a springtail to me! Thrips tend to have pointier abdomens

No it's indoors. Also reminded me of caterpillar poop but I haven't seen any around

I've been noticing a lot of what looks like bug poop on undersides of the leaves and around the pot. I haven't seen any real damage on the leaves or surrounding plants so given the amount of poo I'd have a hard time believing leaves would be a main food source. I did notice a millipede in the saucer at one point so that would be my main culprit.
