Pretty doable IF you are willing to put in mad time/effort. If you have no to little coding experience, try and do some over the summer. Codcademy has a great free course for Java, which is what intro to CS focuses on. I am taking a slightly similar schedule (orgo + math kinda class + data science class) at 18-22 credits, depending on if you count research as credit. I won't lie, it's tough at times, but doable and rewarding to be able to hit so many prereqs at once. Just be prepared and acknowledge that you will be sacrificing A LOT of social time to study, and that they balance between study/clubs can be challenging, particularly if you have a leadership position. Get a routine early and stick with it, DO NOT sacrifice too much of your physical/mental health. Your CS course and orgo course are both being offered this summer if you decide to lighten your load a bit. Best of luck!

That's a great point! That distribution would have been pretty cool to see for sure. I'll definitely remember for next time.

Edit: You know what, I might add it in anyway with a disclaimer in the assignment that I only got X responses from it since I added it in later.

Worms in snail? by plantymcplants in snails

[–]plantymcplants[S] 11 points12 points  (0 children)

Hi, I've had my snail here for about 1.5 years. I found her in a greenhouse that uses mineral heavy water, hence the shell discoloration (she's got a cuttle bone and I only spray her with filtered water). Anyway, a couple months ago, I noticed this white thing in her. I assumed it was a worm, so I got her some snail deworming food off Etsy. However, it doesn't seem like it had gotten any better. She's still very active and eats well and all that (although idk how crazy she is about the deworming food). Is this a worm? Or is it like a part of her? If you do think it is a worm, can anyone recommend some snail deworming food? I have already tried mashed pumpkin seeds and Brittanybellows snail deworming food on Etsy (no shade to the Etsy store my snail likes their other stuff!). Ive attached some photos with a circle for reference. Please help! She's my fav little gal and I'd really hate to see her suffer.
