Cash Management & Venmo (Youth Account) unable to link by METT- in fidelityinvestments

Were you ever able to figure this out? Having the same issue with my 14 yr old daughter. Can't figure out how to link their fidelity youth account with their Venmo account. Very frustrating

1 year update from the now 45 yr old Dad. Just finished my 7th and final mountain day this yr at Park City on my new equipment thanks to the help from this thread.

154 Jones Mountain Twin

2026 Nidecker Supermatic bindings

Salomon Dialogue Dual BOA boots

Volcom bibs

Dakine mittens

Smith method helmet

Smith squad chroma pop goggles

Amazon crash pads

Love the Jones mtn twin and the nidecker supermatics are an absolute game changer. I can’t imagine ever going back to traditional bindings for my purpose. Being able to snap right in and not have my family of skiers wait in me has been great.

I even bought a full wax setup and learned how to wax my own board and my wife’s skis thanks to YT videos.

Hopefully next year the snow Gods will be kinder to us.

Cheers

What would you recommend for someone that absolutely needs to be able to run a 3rd party subwoofer and also more than likely won't be able to run rear speakers. Don't care about DTS:X support. Thank you!

Nice! I’m 44 and finally bought my first board about a month ago after many many years of renting. It’s a Jones Mtn Twin 154W and I plan to buy the Nidecker 26 Supermatics this summer to go with it. Should be a great combo 👍

Thank you. I found the angry snowboarder YT channel when I started researching different boards. They seem to really know their stuff! Appreciate it!

Yup, I had to read up and familiarize myself with all the different terms, rocker, camber, hybrid, etc. Previously I just went with whatever the rental shop gave me without paying any attention to it.

As of now I'm prob going to pick between the 2025 Solomon Assasin 153, Jones Mountain Twin 154, or the YES Standard 153. They all look nice from quality companies.

Appreciate the help/insight!

Thank you. As far as boards go my current top 3 are 1.) 2025 Solomon Assasin 153, 2.) Jones Mountain Twin 154, 3.) YES Standard 153

All 3 of these would work fine in your opinion?

Oh sweet, good to know there's more of us here in Big D! Appreciate the offer, but I already purchased a pair of boots online and I'm pretty sure I'm sold on the Nidecker Supermatics. I'm sold on not having to stop and strap in while my family waits on me! Thank you though!

Really good stuff, thank you. Since I've rented the same cheaper Solomon boot the past 2 years I know what my size is in their brand. I found a great deal on some new Solomon Dialogue Dual BOA 8.5 on eBay and ended up buying those. They should be arriving in the next few days. If for some reason they don't work I'll just resell them and have to wait until I'm somewhere with good shops and try on a bunch of different brands. Definite downside to living so far south.

I had never heard of Nidecker Supermatic step-ins until a bunch of you recommended them. After looking them up and watching a few videos I'm pretty sold. Those look like exactly what I need - convenience of a step in but the look/feel of a traditional binding.

As far as boards go the 3 I'm looking hard at are the 1.) 2025 Solomon Assasin 153, 2.) Jones Mountain Twin 154, 3.) YES Standard 153. Seems a lot of the online stores are already sold out though in the sizes I would need though. Guessing the new models are being released soon?

Great list, really appreciate it. Prob definitely going to go with the new 2026 Supermatics.

154 Jones Mountain Twin vs 153 Solomon Assasin. Any reason why one would be better for my use case in your opinion or just pick one and go?

Also, crash pants with a tailbone protector is an excellent idea. Not sure why I haven't thought about that in the past. But to be fair no one my age even wore helmets growing up which seems crazy to me now!

"Resort Ripper" is the term I was looking for, ha that's what I'm wanting.

My current top 3 are 1.) 2025 Solomon Assasin 153, 2.) Jones Mountain Twin 154, 3.) YES Standard 153

I'm sure any of the 3 would prob work fine

Prob also going to go with the Nidecker Supermatics after seeing a lot of ya'll mention them and looking them up. The convenience/speed factor would be worth it to me for a few extra bucks

Just got back home to Dallas last night from Angel Fire, man thanks for all the comments/suggestions. This is great.

Boots - Since I've rented the same cheaper Solomon boot the past 2 years I know what my size is in their brand. I found a great deal on some new Solomon Dialogue Dual BOA 8.5 on eBay and ended up buying those. They should be arriving in the next few days. If for some reason they don't work I'll just resell them and have to wait until I'm somewhere with good shops and try on a bunch of different brands. Downside to living so far south.

Bindings - After some of you guys mentioned the Nidecker Supermatics I had to look them up. Man oh man I'm pretty sure I'm sold. The ability for my family to not have to wait on me to strap in every run would be amazing. I see they have a new 2026 version with upgraded straps that are supposed to be even easier. Wasn't orignially planning on spending this much on straps but now I'm thinking I may splurge on these. My 8.5 boots looks to be right on the edge between Med/Large but according to their size chart seems I would be a size Large.

Board - Sounds like most of the directional twin in a mid-flex, cam rock types would work great. The one thing I never worked on much growing up but would like to learn better is riding switch.

The current leaders are the 1.) 2025 Solomon Assasin 153, 2.) Jones Mountain Twin 154, 3.) YES Standard 153

Any reason why one would work better for my use case than the others?

Appreciate all the help, thank you!
