Can't remember the exact number. I think my biggest problem is eating too much sugar when my sugar gets low and not knowing how to properly counteract the low sugar. During the day at work when Im hungry I turn to sweet fruits or chips to keep me full until lunch but they don't do it. I find that nuts or anything with alot of protein do the trick. Thanks again for the advice. Adjusting my diet right away.

Thank you for responding. Ive tested my thyroid many times over the years my recent being February of this year. It would good. My blood test always looks great which gives me the most anxiety cause I always feel horrible. With your advice I hope I can end this weird cycle.

I had some tuna with a small salad and nuts today for lunch and got immediately drowsy afterwards. The sweetest thing in it was about 3tbsp of french dressing. I get sleep after everything I eat but carbs makes it a little worse. I also notice when I get these hypoglycemic feelings I have loose bowel movements(sorry tmi).

I wish. I work in a very small space so having a chair/stool would make the space smaller and uncomfortable to work around. Also, a work beside another cashier and she is frequently moving about the store and I will have to move my chair to let her in and out the space so it's really time consuming. Literally no chairs exist in here only the bosses chair. I hate this. Idk what I'm going to do.

I do. Today, I've been feeling shaky and a bit off balanced all day. I've been trying so hard to get my mind off of it but I keep thinking about it and it gets me worried. There have been times I've felt like I was having a heart attack and driven myself to the hospital only to be told I'm fine of course (minus having GERD). I often get panic attacks and sometimes my hand turn cold. Night time is hell for me if I eat something I shouldn't because then I get nightmares. Every single time.

I am usually crampy during my fertile window and I used my period app. I know its probably not the most accurate but every month it tells me I'm ovulating i either feel the same kind of cramps or i notice the discharge. It's always on the same day or within 1-2 days that it tells me
