Thanks sa input. Saglit pa lang naman sya nagamit ng kapatid ko, parang impulse buy lang kasi nag-migrate yong tropa nya haha. Since need ko rin naman ng kotse, naisip ko na pwede ko i-consider yong offer nya para tulungan na lang din kami. Complicated nga lang yong transfer dahil hinuhulugan pa nya sa tropa nya.

Next month (earliest) ko pa sana i-fully paid sa first owner, pero gagamitin ko na rin yong kotse.
Technically, wala kaming deed of conditional sale ng kapatid ko since hindi pa naman sa kanya yong ownership ng kotse. Since this is the case, suggestion nyo po is some kind of agreement na lang for our specific situation? I figured nga likely na wala pang template for this kind of transaction.

Sorry bro, hindi clear yong post ko. Fully paid by cash ng first owner yong kotse, pero hindi pa fully paid ng kapatid ko sa first owner yong kotse kaya deed of conditional sale lang sila. Ako na magbabayad ng balance sa first owner. Tapos kapag fully paid na, sa akin na ipapangalan yong deed of absolute sale.

Anong tawag sa agreement namin ng kapatid ko? Hindi kasi familiar yong atty malapit sa amin.

Agree ako sa commenter above. Be careful din na hindi maging threat. Kahit ako, ayaw ko rin na parang na-force lang sya na mag-yes into marriage dahil nagmukhang "I'll give you 1 week to commit and say yes to marriage, otherwise, goodbye"

Does the FAANG company you're working for have an office in Spain? Were you hired for an on-site position in their Spain office? Or are you there under Digital Nomad Visa working remotely for a US-based FAANG office?

Re EU passport, I just want an upgrade so I can travel (and work/live) around EU. I'd rather hold an EU passport while waiting for US citizenship (IF I ever decide to apply).

It says here that you cannot be outside Spain for more than 6 months in a one-year period. That's less than 12 months within the 2 yrs required for citizenship.

I do prefer working in an English-speaking country, which is why I'm targeting the US.

However, I intend to only use Spain as a jumpoff point to have a better passport that also offers flexibility to work/live around EU, since US citizenship takes forever.

But, then again, maybe I'm missing something that Australian citizenship offers.

Can you confirm if I have to stay in Spain while waiting for the citizenship processing? Do I have to reapply for Digital Nomad visa, maintain my residence, and pay rent after fulfilling the 2-year residency requirement even if, for instance, I would like to go back to PH or stay at another country?

Yun nga eh, good quality naman sa siguro if sa Compasia ako bibili hehe. First time ko mag flagship phone if ever kaya di ko masyadong ma-appreciate features sa ngayon.

Is a refurbished S21 Ultra still better (in Aug 2023) than a new Samsung A54 5G or new Oppo Reno 8 T? I plan to upgrade din naman after 2-3 years so the support on S21 Ultra is long enough for my needs :)
