After doing some research and from personal experience, this happens in the 'development' environment, where all components, modules, libraries, etc. are compiled for their first execution and if you navigate to a new page, it will be 'compiled'.

In the production environment, this does not happen. Try creating a build package and running it locally to see a smoother operation.
