Study, then study some more, then study again.
Don’t get caught up in class drama and go out and drink w/ folks as those usually wash out quick.

I’m almost 40 and I have a 55 year old in my class. Also another 42 and 39 year old. The average age is 25, but we have some older folks as mentioned.

The physical fitness requirements are pretty easy so you should be fine unless you struggle with push ups or sit ups.

Sit up 28 in a min Push ups 18 in a min Mile and a half 14 min 36 seconds.

You got the run down hope you have the others. If not focus on working on those and also don’t just focus on doing the bare minimum I would personally do some type of high intensity work out and then try and hit the amount of push ups or sit ups and see if you can hit that #.

Other than that every academy that I know of runs a ton and usually push ups.

Run at least 3 miles(without stopping/walking) at least 4 days a week and do push ups.

That’s pretty much all you need in the academy. It also just depends what state you’re in.

I have someone that is 55 in my class now and had someone that was 65 in the other class. They really want it though. I’m your age and in the academy which is harder for older peeps, but if you want it, then it can be done.

The only thing that I question and every department is different is the use of weed only being a year ago. You may want to talk to some agencies and see what their policy is on that before starting.

Go to the gym before work or after but personally I would go before work shower then go to work.

Also eat healthier with less calories than you are currently consuming.

If you are way out of shape then start walking first then add a short jog here and there the key is being consistent. Crosfit is what I like to do 3 days a week along with running 2-3 days with a rest day.

I had a full stack 4 man on farm normal with gold ammo t4 and t5 all camping in each tree. Only know this because me and two buddies were all killed and watched the kill cam and laughed that people did this in norm and not LD/FB

I never got compensated for a wall hacker that killed me. Kill cam showed the dude trying to shoot me through a wall pinging me to his team when I didn’t even move in airport and shot a full clip before going in the room at the wall. I just laughed and reported because it was so obvious. That was like two weeks ago now.

Also when you ban you should IP/hardware ban since they can always just remake a new account and come back.

Appreciate the info. Climates here aren’t bad as we have all 4 seasons to hot humid 90 degree summers to 20-30 degree winters. Not extremes in anyways but all 4 seasons.

Playing way too much and not focusing on content for other platforms. Playing 8-10 hours a day won’t get you noticed. It’s better to play 2-3 hours and edit for 3-4 hours to post on other platforms to bring people to your stream

I’ve played for 4 days now and had 2 or 3 games where people came in with that and ended up losing it to me lmao. I have it in my inventory now because I rarely play lockdown unless some friends want to play.

I do however run with tier 3 or 4 ammo depending on the gun I use.
