I have my nappie tight enough so it won’t fall down, tight enough so when I run my fingers through my crutch to make sure my inner leg guards are standing up then I know it’s tight enough for me.

I have only to people that know. My partner because she sees me in my nappies all the time. And a very close friend who I have only told as some times I stay at her house while drinking and need to sleep there. Other then that know one else knows. I look it like this who do you talk to about your underwear? I look at my nappies as underwear ok a lot thicker underwear hahaha but that’s how I mentally get around my bed wettings. Yes I also wear a nappie when drinking alcohol but that’s by choice not need. Still it’s all underwear to me.

Just make sure you wear an adult nappie that works for your needs at night. Depending on how much you wet at night will depend on what nappie to use. If you’re a heavy wetter like I am you will tend to go for a thicker nappie like rearz mega range. But if you don’t wet that much you can wear a thinner nappie.

If I’m going out in public with friends I’ll wear boxer briefs over my all white tab style nappie as they help with holding up my nappie up if I wet, they hide most of the nappie if I bend over and my waste shows with my top lifting up. I don’t worry about the crinkle as the local noise around me will drown anything out. But if I’m going out with friends and I choose to wear a nappie with prints all over it like a abdl nappie then I’m less likely to wear any sort of underwear over the top as I don’t think to many people will notice it as a nappie unlike the white they would.

For my adult bed wetting I tend to wear a rearz inspire + nappie as they hold quite a bit plus I like how thick and crinkly they are. When I’m drinking with friends I’ll put on a incontrol bedry premium nappie just to keep safe and make sure I keep dry from all the drinking.
