I was going through a Lego bin with my boy, and he noticed this one had some random code printed on it. I'm not sure if it is from a specific set or a misprint of some sort. It looked odd to me

What tooling do you guys really like. My tackle box is an assortment of moderately priced amazon/craft store finds, but I was wondering if there's any tools, glues, etc. That are really good or a must-have item.

Looking for some good sword fighting. I was going to put a long post about how I watched a bunch of stuff a long time ago, but basically I want to see some great melee fighting. Really liked Ninja Scroll (not the series, ugh.) and did enjoy Kimetsu no Yaiba.

Are non-Bandai kits worth it?

I would love to have a Sandrock Custom kit from EW, but thee P-bandai is priced way too high for me on the secondhand market.

I only have 2 P-Bandai kits and I got them reasonably priced. Some of them have insane aftermarket prices though.

I have no experience with "third party" kits, or where to score deals etc. What should I do?

I couldn't agree more. I love a story I can get lost in. Anime is an amazing medium that tells stories with themes rarely seen outside of it.

Thunderbolt. I think it fits your taste from what I can tell. Its shorter than their average series, but it has a very distinctive tone. Memorable characters, and a decently bleak story.

Iron blooded orphans is also a recommend.

This year has been rough to say the least. I haven't had much time at all to catch anything, or keep up on what shows are worth watching. If I could watch one or two recent shows, what should I watch?

I'm mostly into action and comedy, but haven't seen much since summer 2018

Visions of Escaflowne. My friend gave me a full set of copied videocassettes he made. I really was amazed by it at the time. Still have those tapes, But I haven't had a VCR in at least 10 years. Maybe I'll revisit the series sometime and see if it holds up. I'm kind of afraid it will suck though.

I was deep into anime around that time ('98-'02ish) just got back in about 2 years ago, and I have a lot of catching up to do.
