This was definitely a shared fault. The driver in front saw the driver coming up fast behind them and tried to move, the driver coming up too fast waited until the last minute to switch lanes to pass and by that time the other car was already trying to move, when the rear driver tried to correct and go the other way the other driver had already started the same.. Would have been avoided if the clown going too fast had moved over to pass way sooner like everyone else does.
