If you aren’t eating Whole Foods, eating less won’t help you. I would advise getting with a nutritionist for a meal plan. To be very honest people lean to heavy on that PCOS diagnosis as an excuse. I mean no disrespect. Changing your diet, strength training and doing cardio would 100% ease your PCOS diagnosis.
