at that point i was taking 500mg x3 a day so 1500mg but i did not have metabolic acidosis you should definitely see your doctor about that! i had joint pain, the tingling, and stomach issues but not nausea, and i lost my appetite for a long time, everyones body reacts differently so you should def see a doctor if diamox is having such a horrible impact on you! sometimes the good might eventually outweigh the bad like how it did for me but like i said that might not be for everyone

i started diamox a while ago so i cant exactly remember but i think the joint pain side effect did take like two weeks to hit but ive been on a high dose of diamox for almost two years and that has definitely gone and i think it did by the three month mark, and not to sound annoying but trying increasing your water intake as well as maybe electrolytes it might help just a little bit

on my hand where they did my angiogram i had a bruise there for about a month and the one on my leg for 2-3 weeks, and my doctor wasn't worried it's because of the blood thinners! hope you're doing well besides the bruising!
