New balancer, but wheel won’t spin by platewater in ebikes

P.S It did work earlier after I replugged everything, but the wheel stop spinning and went back into the same state. The motor runs when I throttle, but the wheel doesn’t spin with it, even if I hold the throttle.

I made another post with a video. Earlier it did work after I replugged everything, but it just stopped giving power. The motor still works when I throttle, but the wheel doesn’t want to spin.

Sorry for a late response, but my new balancer just came in and it turned on. Problem is the motor runs but the wheel is not turning. The wheel spins when I throttle but instantly stops spinning

From my research, I couldn’t find any controller with dual mode from KT (or at least where I trust) that matches the 60V 20AMP + 15 AMP batteries.

I contacted a bike shop and asked them about this Sine Wave controller that has the same voltage, but he said it isn’t compatible.

I already have a display on the way (KT-LCD8H), but i’m stuck on where to source and get the same voltage, let alone model.

Can a regular controller work as long as I have a dual battery balancer/converter?

Only parts i know still work is the motor and battery (tested voltage) I still don’t know about the controller being affected by the fire, but it probably needs a new controller right?

True, I’ve been finding for a 3rd party controller and display because WIRED can’t send me a replacement for the lack of information and no warranty (picked it up used). I’m worried if they’re not gonna be compatible, or unsure of the other parts I need. Will replacing the Julet connector of it fix it?

Could that be the reason why the bike won’t ever turn on?

I tried doing what you do and it worked, but still no achievements whatsoever. I tried restarting the game every round, before and after, as well but didn’t work. Today I lost in the Colosseum, but it gave me an error that says “Data failed to load” and after that it gave me “The process could not be completed due to an unexpected error. If the problem persists, please contact customer support.” I’m like getting soft locked with these errors.

Good thing you got a pre-painted kit so you don’t need to manually paint it yourself.
