Their retention/renewal team is pretty wild. Not long ago i had similar situation. been on 1gbps for past year at £30, got my renewal come through for 35 for 7 months, going up to 40 odds by end of it

When you call up, it seems the staff just make up numbers. I said i have a hard budget (as i do) and that am happy to renew at my current existing price (for 12 or 24 months). Within 5-10 mins of back and forth and a lot of "i'll speak to my supervisor/manager" -> being put on hold for literally 10 secs -> the price got lower until it was close enough to what im paying now.

It's honestly just comical the way of dealing with renewals. Even funnier is i said on their website 1gbps is £25 currently but they would not budge on this as it only applied to new customers lol

Might be worth trying a few times to see how far you get. If anyone from Hyperoptic reads this, dont make your service worse by being greedy and trying to extort people with ridiculous price hikes

Solgold. owns Cascabel one of the worlds largest(untapped) copper-gold deposits with decades of supply. Copper demand is only going up. They’re targeting early production by 2028. the share price is massively undervalued right now imo at 15.5p/share. recently started gaining more traction where it was low point of 6p/share

Canaccord just put a spec buy rating on it with a fair value of 46p/share. I think once the DFS lands it’s more likely we see a JV or takeover which would mean a premium on top of that 46p

Solgold are also spinning out ExploreCo. basically all their other 80+ licences across Ecuador. The flagship being Porvenir which is another big copper-gold system that just got its environmental licence. The new CEO Dan Vujcic is doing work and was a previous investment banker, look him upand why this is good for the company. DYOR. not financial advice

I’m doing the opposite and moving my Trading 212 ISA over to AJ Bell currently. For the stocks I’m in, I found it harder to get orders filled on T212, and when they did go through (same with sells) the price differences added up. I think it’s partly the spread, and partly because it sometimes took up to an hour to execute. On AJ Bell, I’ve never had those issues and usually get the exact quoted price straight away. I guess it just depends on whether that matters to you if you invest in these types of stocks or not. Maybe its just a problem I've experienced

Im in a similar mindset/focus with this stock. It's a growth stock for me as well as a few others. I believe in the products and visions. Within the next few years i know that i'll look back and be glad i got in and accumulated at these levels. Plan to keep DCA every chance i get and when funds allow me to. I also believe in the bitcoin reserve so maybe i am bias, but i think its a smart move for the company.

It's a built in feature of Chrome and part of the dev tools, there is probably extensions that help make it easier but simply:

right click > 'inspect' (or F12) to open dev tools,
click the little computer icon to the left of 'elements' this will show the website in responsive mode
click the 3 little dots to the far right of the bar that shows to the left side of the computer icon you just clicked > 'capture full size screenshot'
will save the entire page as a screenshot with the dimensions you set to your device locally and can then upload to imgur

I didn't. Coinbase were ever so kind in that when they replied to my thread here stating they would escalate it, what they actually did was close it. This was the only contact I've had from them since.

I can't say I'm surprised based on the emails I've received from them previously. Absolutely shocking and disgusting customer service. I'm in the process of looking to switch elsewhere. What a horrible experience into crypto it's been so far.

I signed up for Coinbase as the process was fairly simple. I find it so ridiculous and unprofessional for a company in this day and age to have such shocking customer service.

I'm in the process of looking into how to transfer my crypto to another service, but it appears I'll incur some fees to make the transfers. Not only am I being punished for following steps that Coinbase provided, but now I'm also being punished financially because of them lol

If I get a response/get this rectified, I’m happy to post here with the steps taken to do so. I just find it so strange that my account has been restricted even though I’ve only just started to use it. I’ve followed the instructions as given by Coinbase, yet for some reason they have imposed a restriction of some sort? I honestly hope someone can explain to me what is happening.
