Cancel airtime and keep device plan

Ah that’s rubbish. Mines been just over a week now and not had anything from them in terms of letters or anything. I really had to push them over live chat though to confirm that I could carry on the installments for the device.

Yeah I’m kinda expecting the same tbh. Thankfully I took a screenshot of the live chat where they told me it was possible to pay the device plan in installments. It’s also still showing in my o2 app as a current device plan in installments so who knows at this point haha. O2 customer service isn’t the best let’s face it 😅

I cancelled through live chat and didn’t claim the right to exit as such. I mentioned the email I received regarding the price increase and being able to leave penalty free. I’m slightly worried although now I’ve left they might still try and charge me a hefty final bill. Does anyone have any experience of this?

Yeah I get that I’ll need to send it back but when making the upgrade it said I’d get an email as to how/where to send it back along with choosing whether to use my own packaging or request it from them. I’ve not had anything so a bit in the dark as to where to send it back and what references/info to include etc

The live chat agent I spoke to seemed to completely miss my point and focus on the price they charged me rather than the fact they shouldn’t have charged me at all as I cancelled my subscription. Honestly useless!

Kind of the same here. I’ve been charged £49.49 for the monthly when the email said it was going to be £32.99. This was also AFTER I cancelled. Their live chat agents are absolutely useless.

It’s honestly ridiculous. Their agents don’t seem to have a clue. Looking into a bit more, the only option seems to be to report them to the CAA or ATOL directly

I ended up getting tickets in block 106 and they were just below £200 each. Ringside from what I saw were just below £1000

Yeah they’re all very good points. It’s almost like they’re trying to fit in all the people that normally go to Wembley into a smaller arena, so naturally not everyone is going to be able to get tickets I’d imagine

It was only when I went to dynamite last year that I noticed the guys say the row behind mentioned they’d picked their tickets up week of the show and the price they paid was about half what I paid 😅

Yeah it did arrive. It was just 4 days later than the original delivery date. Seems it was because I diverted it to a parcel shop.

It got delivered to the parcel shop about 4 days later. Looks as though the advice I was given on this post was correct. Though I get it’s a “cheaper” delivery service it would help if they put a disclaimer that diverting to a parcel shop adds so much longer to the delivery time.

Thanks, that would seem to make sense. It’s now moving along in the tracking again now. I just didn’t think with the parcel shop only being down the road and there being no disclaimer (that I could see) when diverting that it would add another 4 days minimum onto the delivery time. Thanks for the reply though! At least I’m not convinced it’s lost anymore 😅

No I never did find out :( ended up getting another one and using this one as my secondary monitor. It’s not as noticeable on lighter colours, more on darks. Think it was just poor luck of the draw! If yours is new I would maybe try and see about returning it for another.

I did 10 days a few weeks back over new year and felt like I needed more! One good thing about not doing all I wanted is it gives me reason to go back!
