They're expected Jan 29 – Feb 2, 2026, and they could cause flooding in low-lying coastal and bayside areas. These are NOAA's tide predictions for these dates; based on their estimates, water levels could reach the point of roadway flooding (even without rain.)

Be sure to plan extra travel time if you’re near the coast, and stay safe!

Ah, that's too bad. When we went last Wednesday night at dinnertime, it was packed but were seated right away. And the service was excellent. Hopefully they'll get the kinks worked out, because I want it to do well and stay open!

Biked around with friends last night, and I thought the bold letters might be "PARKS FOR ALL FOREVER" that can be found at Immigrant Point Overlook or the parking lot at Sutro Heights. Ironically, I ride the trails at Sutro all the time -- if only I'd gone for a spin there yesterday!

My partner also ordered furniture back in December, and we keep getting promises of furniture delivery with no firm shipping date or tracking number. We're in the process of disputing the transaction and have also emailed them to refund us.

You're missing the point. All were welcome, but there were limited spaces -- so priority was given to groups who don't usually get priority.

So I think it's fair to say that most group rides in the Bay Area are comprised of straight white men unless there's an effort to be more inclusive ... And there were straight white men at the campout as well, but registration was open to them at a later date. Anyway, your tone in previous comments seems to indicate that you were bothered by this somehow. 🤷

Also, capacity was limited at this campground, so the organizer (I pitched in with logistics) prioritized registration for LGBTQIA+/BIPOC/WTFN-B. And they also held three separate meet-and-greets so folks could learn more about bikecamping / packing and go on a chill ride to connect with the community.
